Hello!! We are Laetitia and Raihne – a mother and daughter team running our small business from South Africa and we are so excited to have you here!
Echo Soul Creations turned 11 years old in 2025 with happy customers from all over the world. Echo Soul Creations has always been a handmade macrame jewelry business up until December 2023. Just as with everything in life, we grow and change and so we believe our small business should grow and change with us. Which is why we have expanded Echo Soul into all things thrifty and pre-loved, while still embracing our creative energy by weaving beautiful macrame jewelry.
We are passionate about supporting small businesses, raising awareness about supporting local, choosing sustainability and buying slow, ethical fashion.
All of our ready-made jewelry and accessories that is resold in our shop, is sourced from ethical, trustworthy and honest local artisans that we personally meet along our travels. Our crystals, brass beads and pendants that we use to create our macrame jewelry with are also sourced from our suppliers in India that we have had a relationship with since 2020. I have personally been inside of their shops and their factories to ensure that their working environments are safe, friendly and fair. It took me many visits to many different shops to find suppliers that I felt confident sourcing my crafts from.
Our thrift shop clothing is sourced from local charity shops and second hand markets, received via donations through friends and family or from our own pre-loved closet.
We find the most beautiful pre-loved thrifts and accessories to adorn your beautiful selves in, weave macrame jewelry made with love and inspired by nature and source special handmade treasures from around the world that we find along our travels.

I run my small business with my mom who helps me with all of the thrift clothes & posting all of your orders out! I asked her to be a part of Echo Soul in hopes that I can help my family in some way since my dad has become too ill in recent years to work as he used to. Life has been pretty challenging for them since then. Our family is always there for each other and we all help in some way or another when we can. When you buy something from our shop, you are not only buying something you love, you are also supporting a dream and every purchase is contributing to supporting my family.
