OUR PROMISE AND MISSION:
As a small business, we aim to ensure the safety and preservation of Echo Soul Creations as well as keeping our customers happy with every purchase made through our website. All of our products undergo a quality test and inspection before shipping to item/s to you.
Echo Soul Creations has a core value of: “what you see is what you get”. This means that what you see displayed on the product you are purchasing is exactly the product you will receive. This includes all of the clothing, jewelry, handmade items, crystals and crafting supplies. We do not wish to deceive our customers with false advertising or displays of the product you are purchasing from us.
We urge you to look through all of the pictures in the product gallery, as well as carefully read the product description for any necessary information about the product you are interested in.
ONCE YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN FINALIZED (MEANING THAT CHECKOUT HAS BEEN COMPLETED WITH A PAYMENT), NO CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN COMPLETED. YOU MAY HOWEVER, ADJUST YOUR ORDER IF YOU WISH TO ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO YOUR ORDER – THIS NEEDS TO BE COMMUNICATED WITH US VIA EMAIL WITHIN THE DAY YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER. NO ITEMS WILL BE RESERVED OR KEPT ASIDE FOR ANY CUSTOMER WITHOUT A CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT FIRST.
SECOND HAND/THRIFTED CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES:
No cash or electronic refunds will be made on any second hand and/or thrifted clothing and accessories. All purchases are final and no cancellation of orders will be accepted. We do not offer refunds on pre-loved/thrifted/second hand clothing and accessories because every product is clearly disclosed and explained in the product description, making it easy for you as the customer to make an informed decision about your purchase.
Please keep in mind that when it comes to the thrifted clothing, these are all second hand pieces unless stated otherwise. Even though we aim to resell the best vintage and bohemian thrifted clothing, if you are purchasing a second hand item, you need to expect that it is second hand quality. Any very noticeable imperfections will be displayed and/or mentioned in the product description.
There will also be a condition rating in each product description to give you an idea of the quality of the piece you are purchasing:
1. Fair.
2. Good.
3. Great.
4. Excellent.
5. Like New.
The size of every item has been stated in the product description. However, Echo Soul Creations is not responsible for clothing and/or accessories not fitting you and no refunds will be made on any pieces that do not fit once you have received your order. We have shared the given size stated on the label of every piece and also given our personal opinion and insight on the size of an item if we notice that it may be bigger or smaller than the size stated on the label. If the label has been cut off and there is no size on the item, we will give an estimated size of what we would guess the size to be. Echo Soul Creations is not responsible for items not fitting a customer’s size once the order has been placed and shipped to you.

Echo Soul Creations does offer cash refunds or in store credit on NEW clothing and accessories (this means any clothing and accessories not under the pre-loved category) under the following circumstances:
Your new clothing or accessory purchase will qualify for a cash refund or in store credit only if the item is faulty or has a manufacturing fault. We will gladly provide a cash refund via bank transfer (for South African bank card holders) or PayPal (international orders).
A full refund of your order will only be made once the item is returned to us. We will communicate the return address via email.
We will happily accept the return of an unused, unworn item with tags still in tacked within 10 business days (domestic returns) or 30 days (international returns) of purchasing the item if there is a manufacturing fault. In order for Echo Soul to refund your purchase please note that items should be in their original condition, including tags. Customers will be held responsible for shipping fees, taxes and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely within the time frame stated above, we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend you make use of a registered courier. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Please note that worn merchandise cannot be returned. Refunds will not be issued to items that have imperfections displayed on the product gallery or in the product description.
JEWELRY AND TREASURES INCLUDING HANDMADE ITEMS AND DECORATIVE PIECES:
Echo Soul Creations does offer cash refunds or in store credit on NEW jewelry, treasures, handmade items and decorative pieces under the Jewelry & Treasures category under the following circumstances:

CRAFTING SUPPLIES INCLUDING BRASS BEADS, PENDANTS, CHARMS AND CRYSTALS:
Because of the nature of these items, no refunds or returns will be accepted by Echo Soul Creations.
We disclose that there may be slight differences in color and structure in the brass beads, pendants, charms and crystals as each piece is unique and can vary slightly from piece to piece. But as we mentioned before, what you see is what you get, so you will have a clear idea of every item you are ordering by looking at the product page.
Even though we do not offer refunds or returns for any and all crafting supplies and crystals, if for a valid reason you are unhappy with a specific crafting supply, please feel free to reach out to us and we will look intently at the issue. How we handle the issue will be up to our discretion depending on what the problem is. We want you to be happy with your order and if there is reasonable and valid reason for a refund (in store credit) or exchange we will be happy to look at the issue.
Please look carefully at each product before placing you order. You will find perspective photos of the size of all the crafting supplies against a hand to get an idea of how big the piece is that you are ordering. Many of the beads have the correct sizes in mm displayed in the product photos and in the product description.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be made to any crafting supplies for reason of ordering the incorrect size.
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY SALE ITEMS! NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY UNDERWEAR, BATHING SUITS OR UNDER GARMENTS.
A CASH REFUND OR IN STORE CREDIT WILL ALSO BE ISSUED TO YOU UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- If there has been a fault from our side with regards to the wrong item/s being sent to you. If we accidentally posted the wrong item to you, you will receive a full cash refund on that specific item. You will have the option of: a refund on that specific item, in-store credit or we will post the correct item to you via the South African Postal Service.
- If your parcel has gone missing/is lost as long as the situation aligns with the policies laid out in our Shipping Policy.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CASH REFUND OR IN-STORE CREDIT:
All cash refunds will be made via bank transfer for South African bank card holders and via Paypal for all international orders. Echo Soul Creations will not be responsible for any bank charges and/or Paypal fees that may occur during the refunds process. We will send you the exact agreed upon amount and any charges that occur after we have refunded you is solely your responsibility.
In store credit will be sent to you either via a coupon code or through communication via email.
You will be refunded in store credit within 7 business days of the return of the item, minus the original shipping charges (unless stated otherwise).
RETURNS POLICY:
If you have missed the delivery of your order and it gets sent back to us, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping the order back to your address. Please review our shipping policy for more details on this.
If your item/s qualify for a refund and return, we will communicate our returns address via email. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including import duties, taxes and fees that may occur during the return of the order.
